replying to u/fluxdrip: If views count for a lot Manhatta is something else. Celestine in DUMBO has an incredible setting - the terrace is right under the Manhattan Bridge. For that matter, The River Cafe is a pretty cool spot (but it’s maybe a little stodgy as a restaurant). Grand Banks and Pilot are gorgeous as restaurants on boats.

“I'd argue that the views from Celestine, about a 3 minute walk from River Cafe, has better views w/ floor-to-ceiling windows. Also, much more affordable!”
