replying to u/UltraLuminescence: I definitely agree that most of the omakase in this price range is not great, and love sushi blossoms. for reference for your future visits - I prefer booking the last seating of the evening (you get to take sake shots with your chef). I found sushi ishikawa (UWS) to be very similar in concept to sushi blossoms, although a bit pricier. I also liked sushi by M but felt sushi blossoms was better value still.
