replying to u/Elio555: Russ & Daughters Cafe for caviar in a down to earth setting. Le Pavillion if you’re looking for some place fancy. Also- lots of people drink champagne with their caviar. But personally, I like mine with very cold vodka.

replying to u/Raveen396: Thanks for the rec! Funny enough, we have both been to Katz when we visited before as kids, so I was looking to branch out. I remember the pastrami was amazing, maybe we’ll just do it again. Yonah didn’t come up in my research, will take a look!
