replying to u/bk1insf: If you're staying at a place with a kitchen, you can do what half my friends do and just pre-order the entire dinner from Whole Foods. The restaurant version will be way nicer, but this is more like what you'd end up eating if your sister on the UES invited you up to her place for Thanksgiving. Plus, you get to have LEFTOVERS. the next-day turkey sandwiches and turkey wild rice soup are better than the original meal. Just a thought.

Will check out Tals Bagels, but noticed the reviews aren't great (not sure why), but sounds like H & H is the spot anyway. Would have never noticed Sashimi Express, thank you and will def try Ravagh. Sushi of Gari looks great and love that Schaller and Weber has a market - awesome. Copy on Om and we were impressed by the The Sweet Shop, but I look forward to being swept off my feet by Sedutto's. As for the jealousy, I'm genuinely shocked we got so lucky with this place my wife and I prob looked at 75-100 places found a gem for sure.
