replying to u/JayMoots: Tavern on Jane. Perfect mix of chic location, laid-back ambiance, crowd-pleasing menu with a lot of variety, moderate prices, solid food, easy to get a table on short notice. This is the kind of restaurant that I think places like The Smith tried to emulate, but this is the real deal, not some soulless corporate facsimile.
