I kind of feel like your itinerary is all over the place. **Wednesday:** I'm assuming that you're just looking for a dinner spot near Chelsea since that's where your hotel is. IMO Chelsea Market is a super cool visit but it's a better lunch spot than dinner. Some of the stalls/vendors may close early as well. It's also kind of like farmer market vibe at CM so I feel like going for dinner isn't quite the same experience? Standouts in Chelsea Market is the original Los Tacos #1 location and the only Los Mariscos location. Los Mariscos is Los Taco's sister restaurant and they do fish/shrimp tacos, ceviche, etc. **I'd combine Chinatown/Little Italy day with 9/11 memorial:** The area for the 9/11 memorial is kind of a shit area for food. Not saying that there isn't decent lunch nearby but there's nothing really that amazing or unique in the area. On the other hand, Chinatown has amazing food and is only a \~20 min walk/1 subway stop away. So I would go to Chinatown for lunch, and once you're done exploring Chinatown, you can walk or take the subway to the memorial. --- FYI, Little Italy has shrunk to like 2-3 blocks in Chinatown nowadays, it's worth walking through if you're going to Chinatown anyway but it's literally a 5-10 minute walkthrough at most. I've only eaten at Little Italy once so maybe I'm talking out of my ass, but personally I think 99% of the stuff in Little Italy are giant tourist traps. Most of the…
