  • Blanca has only been improving and I think is one of the best restaurants in the city without a doubt.

  • Honestly nothing that memorable, the empanada was decent, everything else rather forgettable

  • replying to u/CatPillar: I think Bom deserves 2, and I’m really surprised that Jungsik got 3 over Atomix. Otherwise, for 1* maybe Blanca and Foxface Natural? I guess that Blanca didn’t get one because some dishes can be a bit inconsistent but the highs are really amazing.  I also liked ACRU a lot but it only opened a couple months ago so it probably needs some more time to establish itself

Blanca to me just LARPs as a michelin star place without actually delivering anything truly meaningful or inspiring sadly . i wanted to like it but like 3 hours and so many random dishes.

  • We thought it was great and great fun. A ton of food at the menu we had—everyone stuffed by the end.

  • music was great, empanada, bread, and oyster was amazing, but everything else seemed quite random and lacking coherence.

  • Blanca i really loved a lot more than other people did. I am very into more experimental things so i think the style of food there really appeals to me.

  • Blanca has some very inspired dishes but it's an exhausting, overlong meal with too big portions.
