Her Name is Han

7.3/10Korean

AI-generated summary

The lunch set is what people come for, a full Korean spread for around $20. The and the are the other picks. This one is argued about. Plenty call it their favorite Korean spot in the city, and plenty call it mid and say the banchan kimchi is bland.

  • Her Name is Han, which I feel like is the most recommended Korean spot i see in this sub, was quite average. When they brought out the banchan the kimchi was so bad we almost left before ordering. The only thing that was exceptional was the kimchi pancake.

  • My favorite ttoekbokki I’ve had is at Her Name Is Han on 31st St between 5th/Madison. The rice cakes are sticky, sweet, and spicy.

  • There's a shrimp one that's great at Her Name is Han. I love to eat a slice when it first comes out, and then if you save a slice for closer to the end of the meal, the texture changes, but it's enjoyable in different ways both ways.

Kimchi was bad but the kimchi pancake was good. That’s weird lol guessing the banchan kimchi was too fresh and the pancake kimchi was the right amount of sour

  • This didn't disappoint! My beef bulgogi hot pot was very tasty and cozy, while my friend's spicy pork BBQ was delicious. It's a great deal for about $20 each!

I thought Her Name is Han was pretty average, but the kimchi was really bland

They have a consistency problem. I’ve gone a few times when it’s absolutely amazing, and other times when it’s trash
