replying to u/JKBFree: With all due respect, The lack of options in LES and chinatown is very lacking. Starting with Pig & khao as your only notable uws restaurant kinda hamstrings the whole affair. Maybe put that last and note your pack of experience there. Fyi, i highly recommend dagon and essential. Also, LES and especially chinatown has much more to offer than mere cheap dumplings. Kopitiam, golden diner, potluck club, mei lai wah, royal seafood, etc. are all well worth the meal Just the idea chinatown seems purely for cheap eats is rather sus.
