And in general, do you find all of them to be lightly seasoned? I went with a friend to Astoria Seafood for the first time last year, and we thought everything was well-cooked but completely lacking in salt - just wondering if this tends to be the norm.

replying to u/amandabug: The seafood places in Astoria will cook the seafood any way you like - Astoria Seafood, Hamido, Le Petit Pecheur. In BK, Port Sa’id. Lots of Thai places also serve whole fried fish - Zaab Zaab does a fried whole bass, Saranrom Thai has fried whole red snapper and Na Rath (forget which whole fish they serve).
