At Penn Station you take the A/C/E train 3 stops to 14th street, and then the L train 5 stops to Bedford Ave. You can do that in about 20 minutes each way. 3 short blocks from the subway is Fedoroff’s Roast Pork. They make the best cheesesteak in NYC. Although frankly, I’m more partial to the Roast Pork sandwich, and the Bronson Fries (which can be a meal my themselves).
