replying to u/SaintSexburga: My partner and I have been to Scarpetta in Las Vegas! We went there for our first anniversary maybe \~4ish years ago and we loved it. We had a window view overlooking the Bellagio fountain and I felt so chic at the time. It would be really cute to clock in our 5th year together by going to the one in NYC. Osteria 57 looks great as well. Le Coucou looks great, but you are right - close to top of the budget. Bacaro would actually not be too far of a trek for us as we are staying nearby.
